  1. What is a Pre-Order?
    We offer select items before they are actually in-stock as Pre-Orders. We offer a 10% discount on Pre-Order items. We post on our site an estimate shipping date, but this can be subject to change per manufacturer's delay.

    When you place a Pre-Order you signify that you understand this item will not ship until a later date. You authorize us to charge your credit card at the time the item is in stock and to ship it to you then. (pre-order discount cannot be combined with other coupons or offers)

    Adanced Orders are your chance to reserve collectible items that will be only available in limited quantities. Placing an Advanced Order ensures you won't miss out!

    Since it is unsafe to send credit card information via e-mail you can update your info with us one of two wasy. You can call us (toll-free from the US) at 1-877-8WICKED or re-order the item with your new card, and include a note explaining the situation and cancelling your previous order (in the comments section of the order form.

    Yes. If you select UPS Shipping you will receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email WHEN THE PRE-ORDER SHIPS. Your credit card will not be charged and tracking number will not be assigned until the item(s) are in our warehouse and ready to go. When we ship your pre-order a confirmation email will be sent that will include tracking numbers for UPS customers. (Tracking is not available via other shipping methods.
