HTV search for cine film
I am a producer at HTV and am researching an idea for a forthcoming series utilising old cine or video film shot by members of the public. We are not looking for Auntie Mabel's fiftieth birthday party or bloopers but interesting subjects or events in Wales seen through the lens of the amateur cameraperson. For example,.... The day a film star came to town; the building of a famous landmarkor the day it fell down:; the sunday school outing; even familiar subjects can be interesting if it has an unusual tale or angle; places and people from the past; and the older the better....a trip down memory lane.
