Family and Friends
Hello Everyone. My name is John Jones, My fathers name is Gwynfor Jones, My Grandfather was Gwylim Jones and we all hailed from 23 Glantawe street in Morriston. I grew up playing in the grounds at the back of the Tabernacle and helping Cec the milk deliver on his daily rounds. We moved to Clase in 1955 when I was 6 yrs old but I practically lived at my Dadcu's, in 1960 I went to Pentrepoeth Sec Mod until I left in 1964. Anyone remember me?? Doubt it. But is there anyone out there who went to Clase Juniors up to 1960, Pentrepoeth sec mod from 1960 to 1964? Looking in particular for any "Loverings", "Preddy's", Howard Thomas, Anyone connected to Gwynfor/Danny/Alwyn/ William or Margaret Jones (marr:Hoskins) All grew up in Glantawe street. Hi John Just to say that my grandparents, Tom and Maggie David, lived next door to your grandfather at 24 Glantawe Street. My mother, Rona, still lives in Bedford St, just around the corner from Margaret in Crown Street. Margaret has been a very good friend to the family over many years. |
