Dear Robin,
The weather patterns in the UK are inconsistent due to global warming as I am sure you will have noted in the States. We have roses still flowering in December and hardly any winter snow. You could reasonably expect mid 60's temperatures and summer weather conditions.
If you need any assistance with your itinery or recommendations on places to stay then please let me know.
