Regarding car rental you may get the best deal via your accommodation provider who may have the right contacts.
Regarding your itinery - the must places are Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace, Sudely Castle, Chastleton House, Hidcote Gardens, the northern Cotswolds villages of Broadway, Stanton, Chipping Campden, to say you have been Shakespeares Stratford-upon-Avon. You obviously will do Bath but try to include Oxford.
