Hi,
Do you think you came across a reference to the Spring Blossom Trail centred around Evesham (Worcestershire town just outside The Cotswolds about 5 miles from Broadway)?
The Vale of Evesham is a very fertile area well known for fruit-growing in the UK. Every spring thousands of blossoming fruit trees transform the landscape. The signposted Blossom Trail covers 40 miles of some of the prettiest countryside in Worcestershire. Coach tours follow the trail and often include a visit to Broadway en-route.
Depending on the weather, the flowering season usually lasts from late March to early May. It begins with plums and damsons, followed a couple of weeks later by pears and then apples.
Hope this is of some help. |
