1. Henry Ford transplanted a Cotswolds House to Greenfield Park USA - see - http://www.cotswolds.info/places/greenfield.shtml.
2. I assume you would be using authentic materials:-
Limestone and Elm and Oak timbers. Interior Doors are Ledge and Braced.
3. All roof pitches 60 degrees.
4. See Lower Slaughter for another example of Cotswold Cottages near water.
5. There is a difference between an English Town House (Urban Development)and a Cotswold Village rural stone house.
The idea is excellent but authentic Cotswold Cottages would be expensive to reproduce. They are all circa 400 years old and are not horizontal or perpendicular.
