Message:		Hi, Just returned from a few days in the Cotswolds and visited Bourton-on-the-Water. A few shops were closed, due to the affects of flooding and some had temporary flooring but most were (or seemed to be) fully back to normal. Some houses were obviously affected but it did depend on exactly where they were situated in the village - you would need to check with your host (which I'm sure you have done by now) as to whether where you are staying was affected.
