To Capital Artists 華星: 1987-88 百變梅艷芳再展光華演唱會
Dear Sir, I am so delighted to see that Capital Artist is going to release Anita's Final Encounter concert. Hope that this time it is real. I have one more request regarding release of previously released concerts. I think 1987-88 Concert is Anita's best concert. The video version we have is way too short (with lots of songs left out) and the quality is bad (mine is VHS record). Please release the FULL version of 1987-88 Concert in DVD format. We have seen the uncut version many times in gatherings, eg. the 10 years exhibition, anita's memorial services, etc. Capital Artist should thus have the full concert in their treasure trove. I am sure the sales volume will be huge if you are going to release this piece of treasure to the world. Finally, hope that the sales for the upcoming 1991 Final Encounter concert will soar. I personally will purchase 3 sets, at least. One for viewing, one for collecting, and one for my parents. Many thanks. Richard |

強烈希望、渴求華星岀碟！！！ 百變梅艷芳再展光華演唱會，Anita身穿黑色婚紗唱着《傷心教堂》，那份感情投入，每次睇番都會感動，我心都會痛……可惜有的只是梅迷朋友自拍的片段，無論是從完整性還是音質音效嚟講，都希望華星岀DVD，讓我們珍藏。

The concert in 1987-88 was the first Anita's concert that I attended. I still remember vividly the hi-tech stage. When Anita was singing 似水流年, the audience was amazed by the icicle lights rolling down from the ceiling. What a beautiful scene! To me, not only is this anita's best concert, it is also the best concert I have ever seen. It will always have a special place in my heart. Besides the DVD version of this concert,I really hope that Capital Artist can release the DVD version of other Anita's concerts between 1985 and 1999. Although it is not directly related to the Capital Artist, but I also think that TVB should release a VCD (or better still a DVD) with all of Anita's MTVs and Music Specials. |

這個演唱會係我最鐘意之一 記得梅姐唱無淚之女好正，之後唱"偒心教堂"喊得好勁！ 唔知有無人數得出梅姐係這個演唱會一共換了幾多套衫? 真係多到數都數唔哂！ 記得尾場"安哥"左好多次，仲要次次都換衫靚衫出黎。 這個演唱會真係好令人回味 |

I HAVE been watching anita's 95, 90, 2002, and 2003 concert almost everyday. i think i will be mad if they don't release the 92 and other concerts. what's wrong with CA? don't they want to earn some money from all the mui fans? or do they really think mui is not popular any more so it would be a waste of effort to release her concerts? i went to sydney last month and tried to find some cds and dvds of anita in china town. when i aasked the shop assistant (he is from hongkong) if there were any new releases of anita, he simply told me that anita was already a forgotten name. i couldn't believe what i heard. i don't know the situation in honkong, but i know in mainland china anita is still highly regarded as both an artist and a great person. so i am sure there is still a huge market there. hopefully the 92 concert would come out soon. |

最希望华星和耀荣能将以往所有演唱会都辑录推出，最好能将每场嘉宾的表演也能收录，这样会完整点（但应该可能性不大），还有能将不曾推出的歌曲能重新整理，以一张CD的形式推出，让我们能有机会拥有MUI姐完整的音乐伤口品。 |

说人手不够应该理由太过牵强了吧，  其他的那些复刻杂锦碟之类的烂CD却出的很频繁啊！！！！出那麽多无聊的CD还不如真正出一些梅的演唱会DVD啊？这才是大家最想要的，哪怕是过去MTV的VCD也好啊。。。。。 我认为这是诚意的问题？到底有没有心真正想为MUI做点事？？？？

87演唱會都係阿姐演唱會中我最愛的演唱會之一. 整個演唱會都係高水準之作, 實在很令人回味. 華星唔該真係好好考慮出番anita的演唱會dvd, 我唔要求要足本收錄, 只要將當年LD版的版本出番DVD,我己經好心滿意足. |

I THINK capital artists should pay more attention to the promotion of the dvd. we all know that anita mui is a genius, but this is a commercial world, so a well-organised promotion campaign is absolutely necessary. secondly, CA should pay attention to the mainland market. there are actually a lot of mui fans there dont't really have the access to mui's authentic products. apart from the old fans, the so-called post-mui fans, who became mui's die-hard fans after mui's tragic death, might be the biggest market base since they are much crazier than us old fans and have great buying power. so for the sake of mui's artistic contribution, let us and CA start to act, and hence mui's legacy would remain. too excited to write proper english, haha!

yes. We should boost up the sales of 1991-92 concert so that Capital Artists will realise that Anita still has her market! Honestly, I think they know it. Otherwise they would not have released the almost complete set of DSD CDs. Agree? Can someone shed some lights on the sales of the DSD CDs? |

Dear all, Besides 1991-1992 concert, we are still lacking her first concert, and the most wanted 1987-88 concert. We have to keep the sales high so that Capital Artists will release the two concerts on DVD. I will from time to time push this thread to the upper part so that our mission will not be forgotten. Leigh, As far as I know, the 95 DVD in the market is NOT an authorised product released by Capital Artists. There is NO DVD for 85,87,90 concerts. For 85, no commercial release so far (just TVB broadcast). For 87, just VHS and LD. THUS, we must petition to Capital Artists asking them to release the said concerts asap. Richard |
