to many cups
one league cup for each league is fine the other cups drag fixtures down and limit refs for league games.not to mention the essex cups take refs to ...to many teams with fixs outstanding and to many double headers and we only lost 2 weekend s through bad weather all year |

The Trophyland Cup was introduced this year at the request of Div 1 & 2 teams, who felt they needed a separate competition to the Corinthian Cup. If the weather had been OK and referees hadn’t been driven away by bad discipline (admittedly in a higher division) we would have got through with fewer problems. Considering the number of teams wanting a new cup I think you’ll find yourself in a minority, but I could be wrong! |

simple solution is dont enter the Essex county cups or one of the league cups |
