Seriously in need of HELP with dog hating dangerous neighbor
Can any one help. We live in north Arlington and have a seriously depraved neighbor directly behind us. We have been putting up with him calling and alternately whinning and threating us about our two soon to be two year old mixed Jack Russell Terrier/ Toy Schnauser puppies. He has called the police so many times we have lost count, called animal control and lied to get them to come. Well you get the picture. Several days ago he installed a device that produces a very high pitched, very loud noise and aimed it at our house. Everything is setting it off. You can't go anywhere in our home without hearing it. It is obviously disturbing our puppies and our lives. Planes, trucks, other dogs, the neighborhood kids and the Church bells next to us are setting this thing off. What is it? Is it illegal. I think we are in need of a good animal rights (people rights) Attorney at this point. Does anyone have any recomendations, suggestions? Have you seen, delt with this device and or a seriously depraived neighbor before. Any suggestions would be greatfully appreciated. |

Hi there, you should definitely report this guy to the ASPCA and PETA. Clearly he is trying to harm the dogs, if not all the humans around him to. Maybe he didnt get the memo that dogs have relatively good LOW frequency hearing. What a moron. If all else fails, get ABC or one of the local TV channels involved and embarass this guy into submission. Sorry for you guys. If you want to take it further, make sure you document the hours the alarm goes off at (so that you can get him for violating noise ordinances too). |
