A Real Dog Attack
Carolines attack is bait for her website. I was attacked inches from my knee caps by a dog running loose in the park near Glen Carlyn Park of 4 Mile Run. Many dog owners are treating the whole park like their dog parks within to the detriment of everyone using it. How would this owner feel if attacked by a dog running wild in the park? As a result I am going to push for a complete ban of dogs in the park and tougher patrols and fines. If ever attacked again I will find the owner and see to the dogs distruction. |

That's sort of a strange plan of action, don't you think? Dogs that attack should be dealt with, but why would you ban all dogs from the park? The real problem is that people aren't keeping their dogs leashed like they are supposed to, so the patrols and fines are a good idea. As a dog owner, I don't understand people letting their dogs run loose because it puts the dog at risk and situations arise that you can't plan for, so why do people take that chance? |
