Taught How to be Born Again?

Is regeneration or the new birth produced by the will of God, the will of man, or by both the will of God and the will of man?

Does repenting and believing (i.e., conversion) precede or follow regeneration?

Can man be taught how to be born again?

Being Born again is totally from God.God gives repentance.But man does repent.When God gives it.

A man can be taught how to be Born Again.But all his knowledge will send him to hell.Unless God interveins.

There has to be Repentance in a mans life to be Born Again.
