HEART BYPASS!

In addition to the recent news about Jim FIduccia, I was just informed that RICH TESSITORE (1960s alum) will have heart bypass surgery this coming Monday (3/30) at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL (800 W. Central Rd), 60005).

Friends might want to send him a card. Certainly keep Rich and his family in your thoughts and prayers!

My wife said we should start a "club" of alums who have had this procedure ...so far, I know about ME, Rich Tessitiore, Jim Fiduccia and Bil Blomquist. (My brother Bruce had this problem, but he never had time to do the procedure and died. )

Who else is a club member?

Re: HEART BYPASS!

Apparently, this "club" already has a name .. the ZIPPER CLUB!

Re: HEART BYPASS!

I just read the post about Rich Tessitore and hope that his surgery went well. I am sure that anyone who has had the surgery can feel his pain and identify with him, but the pain goes away and in the long run makes life a lot better. My best wishes go out to Rich and his family, along with my prayers. I found they really do help, but a good doctor doesn't hurt either.

Re: HEART BYPASS!

Gosh, I forgot to add Wayne Mounsey (our "older Sarge") to the club list!
