1959 AL NATIONALS

We have talked about this show.. and the later evening show at Stillwater. Here are the AL scores:

Scores: 1 contest, no prelims. (12 corps competed)

Re: 1959 AL NATIONALS

Note: after the AL show (daytime) an independent evening contest was held in Stillwater, MN (nearby). It was an annual show called The Drum Beauty. (The Legion did not have a junior night show.)

In the contest, the Cavaliers and Golden Knights TIED for first, and the Imperials were next ... behind by 3.5 points but ahead of Madison, Garfield, St. Catherine's and the Kilts!
