Sad news to report 7/13/09

Received from Tom Grana today:

Dave, some alums may want to know that Rich Nabasny's father passed away over the weekend. Rich marched with both the Cadets and Imperials in the 60's. I believe Bob Nabasny also marched in the Cadets in the early 60's.

The services for Mr. Nabasny are tomorrow (Tuesday 7/14)
morning at St. Annunciation Church 222333 W Erhart Road, Mundelein. Visitation at 9:30 to 10:30 followed by a mass.

Our condolences to the family.

Didn't Rich also teach the corps in the early 70s? I remember the name for some reason.

My condolences are with his family at this time.

What did you do in the Corps? Snare, Drum Major, Drum Instructor/Arranger

What years were you a Corps member? 1970-73; 78-79
