How many other corps were called the Imperials ?

Re: How many other corps were called the Imperials ?

Pembrooke Imperials were from out East somewhere (New Jersey maybe?). They won VFW Nationals in New Orleans in 1973, beating Belleville, who had just come from making DCI finals.

The Seattle Imperials were around for many years and wore jumpsuits and fedoras one year in the 70s (why do I remember such silly things?).

I remember the Seattle Imperials. I remember them in the mid to late 70's in jump suites. Looking back on it, the Seattle Imperials probably wore the least expensive uniforms ever.

Dave,

I think you're right - Massachusetts. And I believe their colors were similar to ours.
