Re: 4th ANNUAL ALL DRUM CORPS ALUMNI PICNIC 9-21-2013

Hard to believe but this picnic is just around the corner. Let's plan to attend and see a great Imperials presence.

Sadly, but understandably (due to personal considerations), Adrianne Kaplan has advised that she will no longer be able to organize these annual gatherings. So, unless some people come forward to 'take up the reins', this could be our LAST full, annual corps alumni picnic gathering. Think about ways that YOU can get involved!

Remember, too, that this is NOT a 'bring your kids and grandkids" picnic. Every year some people bring children, thinking that there will be games and activities for kids and then they are disappointed. The kids are bored and 'antsy'. There are NO activities for children, so best not to bring them.

If you attend, or even if you don't, be sure to THANK Adrianne for her work in organizing this for the past FOUR years! She deserves a BIG attaboy! Here is her email: adigirl48@sbcglobal.net)
