You have not been specific in the type of tour you require.
There are plenty of Private Hire tour companies that will provide this service please see - http://www.cotswolds.info/cotswold-tours/chauffeur.shtml.

Unfortunately we are not aware of a company providing a coach trip and picking up direct from your hotel. Your hotel receptionist would be the person to ask in this respect.
