Death of Cpl Francis Kerkhof

I am a daughter of Francis Kerkhof who was a cpl Francis Kerkhof, service number 23701782, from 1st battalion of A&SH, joining date July 1964

It is with much sadness that my father passed away from a short illness on 2nd February 2016 in Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn leaving his wife Mary Kerkhof and children Dawn Taylor, Geoffrey Kerkhof and Hayley Hooper, Grandchildren Ashly Kerkhof, Lisa and Gracie Kerkhof, Lewis Taylor and Dylan Taylor, Emily Hooper.

I remember while growing up he used to talk about the regiment and show photographs to us and looked at this website right up to his death.

If anyone remembers my dad i would welcome any information or pictures.

Thank you for reading this.

Re: Death of Cpl Francis Kerkhof

I'm surprised no one has answered this post. I did not know your father but to all accounts he was a great guy, everyone spoke well of him. I remember seeing him around barracks. Sorry to hear of your loss.
