Dream (9/4/24): The "world" or the Lord!!?? DEAD END COMING!!!

This morning, 9/4/24. I had a dream that I was sitting in the
salon or “living room” area of a large, luxury boat in a dock
located on the west coast of the USA with about 10 people and
ALL were VERY wealthy. I noticed one was movie star Michael
Douglas (son of Kirk Douglas) but others were very wealthy
individuals in other fields - investments, oil, stocks, etc.

As I sat there, the conversations had all died down and nobody
was talking. It was a very somber crowd and I decided just to
leave.

When I woke up from the dream, STILL in me, I felt a type of
very "dead, hopeless" sense from being in such an astute crowd
yet coming away with NO sense of accomplishment AT ALL from
being with them! I felt really "down" from the dream.

So, I got up, fed our cat, Sugar, had breakfast, and then, in my
One Year Bible reading for today (9/4/24), there is a scripture
that TOTALLY HELPED me put my thoughts AWAY FROM that
dismal dream:

2 Corinthians 7 LINK
10 Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation
and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.

That WHOLE CROWD on the boat had the WORLD at their
fingertips, but, IN THE END, THEY HAD HIT A DEAD END!!!
