I have sore knees and doing ZZ and maybe it is getting better, most days. I am still wondering if there is anything special I could do. I dont want to have to give up ZZ. I love it!
I am not making any big mistakes in posture like knees over toes or out of line.
I have 2 questions:
1) Is there anything special I can do for knees?
2) I notice in pictures of ZZ sometimes the feet are pointed out a little, although the instructions often say to keep them straight, parallel. Which is better for the knees?
