I am very interested in the praying mantis system. What type of mantis is this? I want to learn mantis to be able to defend myself. Do you sparr full contact using mantis moves? I want to learn to become a better fighter...want to learn like they did in china in the early years when kung fu was not about anything else but survival. not watered down like it is now...many schools are afraid their students will not come back or are afraid to get sued if their students get injured or are taught to work very hard.
