Anyone heading to Thetford tonight? Anyone driving over from Cambridge with space for +1 and a bike (and also returning afterwards)?

Hi Tony, due to an over enthuastic run on sunday night on cold legs, i have a calf injury so not out tonight.

went for a run on tuesday to see if i was ok and had to stop after only 2.5 miles out of 7 and walk 1.5 miles back to work.

yet again i'm in not a good way. :(

That's unlucky Pat. On the plus side it increases my chances of beating you in the half marathon.
