I have to be honest with you and say that I don't know. It all depends on what you are looking for. The school that has the best flair techniques? The best drink history? The best in placement?

Personally, I would guess that the one that costs the most and lasts the longest would be the best. Other than that the best bar school is getting out there and taking any job you can and working your way up to the bar. It's called the school of life.
