I am on atkins

Can I drink things like vodka diet coke

Isnt there aspartheme in Diete coke which atkins users are not aoud to drink ?

Yes there is aspertame in diet coke any diet drink for that matter. The lowest cal mixer is Tomato juice. I have a list of those somewhere I'll get back to you on that. Mrs.NET
