Bring Cocktail Culture to Dublin Ireland

Is there anyone In a great American Cocktail Bar that would like to swap shifts for a week, call it 'Bartenders Holiday', with an Irish Bartender? I know it we could gain publicity and raise a bit of Cocktail awareness in Dublin City, which really needs it! I'd just love the experience (and education), having bartended for years and with plenty of cocktail experience from London.

Would especially be great to meet Miss Charming!

That sounds like fun, but I think that you'd have a hard time doing that in America because of insurance reasons.
