Also, I know of a house for rent that was just completely renovated in the S. Carrollton area. It's 3 bdrm. 1 ba 1150 sq. ft for $1100. It has cen a/h, dishwasher, w/d hkps, offstreet gated parking, yard, porch. I saw it over Jazzfest week and the living room and kitchen are SPACIOUS!
