Sorry for not replying. I'd be happy to offer the pub but judging from the post from Dennis, he seems to be quite far along with his planning and favours a Mancunian venue (excellent taste). Although we still have a house in Manchester, our pub is in West Yorkshire. I don't think that you'd all fit in Davies Towers ! Still, the offer is there, let me know if we are required.
