I believe Geoffrey Wright (my father) was a Sergeant in the paras in Palestine. He died when I was very young and I would love to hear from anyone who knew him.

I have heard that he was severely affected by the kidnap and hanging of one of his colleagues, and know he subsequently suffered a breakdown.
