Searching for any info on my grandfather Thomas Moses Williams

Hello i.m looking for any type of information on my grandad Mr Thomas Moses Williams. His date birth is 29.11.26. I have a few pictures but not sure how to post them. One of them has on the back- Palestine. 27.4.46 and underneath that it says "JAFFA" My grandad was mixed race African and had a twin brother Andrew but i dont think they were together in Palestine.

I would be so very grateful for any help at all and would be willing to send my phone number or email pictures or anything needed.
