"Learn How Acupuncture Can Help Your Pet” with Harold Alterman, VMD, CVA, October 23rd at 7 pm
For our October meeting, Pet Lovers of Northern Virginia is pleased to have a veterinary acupuncturist as guest speaker: Harold Alterman, V.M.D., C.V.A. Dr. Alterman has been a veterinarian for over thirty years and an acupuncturist for twelve, performing treatments both at referring veterinary clinics and in-home. He also consults on nutrition and the special needs of geriatric pets. At our meeting we’ll learn how acupuncture works and what conditions are most responsive, and we’ll have an opportunity to ask about its application for our own individual pets. You won’t want to miss this meeting !
Note: Pet Lovers of Northern Virginia is an ongoing group of friends, neighbors, and animal lovers who want to improve their pets' health and quality of life. We share our knowledge and experiences and also benefit from guest speakers who are pet care professionals. We meet monthly at a residence in Arlington, Virginia on a Sunday evening. Regular attendance isn't necessary. Participation is free.
Please call 703-927-8058 to RSVP and for directions.
Hope to see you on October 23rd …
