Been catching up on the forums see theres been some complaints about the GTS bar the waiters holding back the change and claiming they get 200d tips!!!

Please can I ask if this complaint is a new posting or the one from about a year ago when we did have an issue over staff taking their time in bringing back peoples change.

Our policy on tips is that all tips are recorded and shared among the staff on the basis of the number of sifts they work each month. Over a good season the holiday months can provide each member of staff with around D250 a week.

Staff were seriously warned when we were told about not providing customers with their change and staff found keeping the tips and not putting them into the tips box are named and shamed with their colleagues who are the people who they are cheating.

I look forward to hearing if this is a recurrance of the problem we had some time ago.

Whenever I was in GTS, everything was fully correct.

Very recent these are people returning after this xmas new year break heres a snippet

'Mind you at GTS the waiter kept my 80dalasis change from 2 julbrews .........I had no qualms asking for my change only to be told that 'some customers leave 200dalasis tip'.......!!!!!'

then theres some comments on not being the 1st complaint also another complaint about the food etc

'GTS, dissapointing. Always had good meals before but this time the service was really bad and the food was only average.'

Both are on trip advisors forums both from wat i can see are posted by regular travellers ones by an expert ???? Might be worth taking a look 4 yourself to be fair theres a lot of support 4 the charity on there just put gts in the search bar and boooooooom
