travel round Cotswolds by bus?

We are booked to stay in Kingham for 4 nights in October. Our intention was to hire a car and drive around the area, but complications with picking up a car in Kingham and leaving it in another town. So, would bus travel be feasible to see Burford, Chipping Norton, Finstock, the Slaughters, etc? We would then hire a car to drive to Wales.
