iThe Lyrid radiant lies southwest of Vega, the brightest star of the
Summer Triangle. No need to stare at the radiant, because the
meteors that stream from it can appear anywhere in the sky. You
can start watching the shower starting around 10 p.m. local time
on April 21st, but you'll see more meteors in the wee hours of
April 22nd because fewer are cut off by the horizon.
