Gerry Almond's NOTES looking at 5/14/26 & 78 years from Israel's 1948 re-birth!

Dear Brother Calvin

For the Lord, Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” (I Thessalonians 4:16,17)

At long last, I think I know when our rapture may well occur.

First, consider pre-tribulation versus mid-tribulation positions. Pre-trib as it is called demands the rapture event described in I Thessalonians 4:16ff before the final 7 years of Daniel's prophecy, while Mid-tribulations positions calls for the rapture to occur dead center of the final 7 years. Most Christians believe in the pre position and so do I.

Second, if there is an answer as to when the rapture will occur, if must be found in the Bible. Period. Further, it must be found in Jesus Christ, because He is the centerpiece of God's Holy Word. It is He that is coming back for us. The Holy Spirit is very precise, giving us the Holy Bible in exact truth.

Third, the formula for proving the December 25 birth of Jesus Christ is found in Matthew 1:21, “You shall call His name JESUS, for He will save (Savior) His people from their sins”. JESUS = 888 and Savior = 14 in gematria of both Hebrew and Greek languages. Multiply 888 x 14 to = 12,432 days, His earthly life span, from conception to death. Go to Passover 33 which was April 2, 33 and count back 12,432 days to come to March 20, 00, the angel announcement to Mary. Go forward 280 days gestation period to December 25, 00, the birthday of Jesus.
Likewise, we may find the rapture time in this way. Go to Acts 1:9-11 and read what was said by the angel upon Jesus' return to heaven. “While they beheld, He was taken up; and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as ye have seen Him go into heaven.” How did He go? In the clouds, just the same as He will return. (I Thessalonians 4:16,17).

I believe that the 70 week of Daniel's prophecy will begin on day 1 with tribulation. I think the Church of Jesus Christ will be removed from earth before the tribulation. I also believe that the 6,000 years of time will end at the conclusion of the great tribulation. I also believe that Jesus birth occurred at the 4,000 year mark of God's 7,000 years plan. In other words, it was the great reset. Therefore, I conclude that 2026 is the first of the final 7 years, and 2033 is the last year.

Thus, May 13/14, Israel's birth in the United Nations begins the tribulation period for them and the world at large. That may also be our rapture day.

I'm sorry. I left out the most important part.

You see, the 70th week of Daniel's prophecy ends on April 2, 2033. That is because that is the last day in 33 that He was alive in His earthly body. So, in the first year of the 7 years, counting back from April 2 lands on Israel's birthday in 2026. Here is how. Jesus died on April 2, 33. That was Passover. Count back 2,520 days from April 1/2, 2033 for the 70th week of Daniel's prophecy to begin and you have May 13/14***, 2026, Israel's birth day. Twenty one days earlier for the war in heaven is April 22, 2026 and 7 days more for our Noah like warning (if it happens) is April 15, 2026. This is a fitting day to begin our counting as it was the date of the Titanic disaster in 1912. We are heading for disaster in just 28 days from April 15 (tax day).

From January 1, 2026 to May 13, 2026 is 133 days left for us, I truly believe.
