SAFETY BRIEFING.

  • Wear a helmet. Despite recent advances in medical science, brains still cannot be mended nor replaced.
  • Wear gloves or mitts. Hands often hit the ground first. Cuts and grazes invite infection and a hospital visit.
  • Wear eye protection, it only takes a twig or thorn to lose an eye. Crud catchers are a good idea in mucky weather.
  • When downhilling, for your own protection, allow plenty of space behind the rider in front.
  • Bring a bare minimum emergency tool kit and a spare inner tube.
  • Breakdowns are a bore. Plan not to have any by ensuring your bike is in perfect working order.
  • Punctures are also tedious. You can minimise them by fitting latex tubes, slime tubes or running tubeless tyres.

lights !!

i just read the " lights faq " and i feel as i need to add something .
the second q refer to the cost u will pay in order to get a " cut it " light .

there is a site called dealextreme.com that is base in hong kong and he shipped for free worldwide .
this site is for all sort of gadgets , they have over there lights that are around 30 pounds that give u more then enough light to ride with .
u need to see the power of those led flashlights to
understand how strong they are .
a battery will last for a good 2 hours and can be rechargale .
i ll put a link to the light i have and if u like some more info i will gladely give u .

Adult Toys? Hey Pat Stop being rude.....Im sure this early in the stage that neri does'nt want to indulge in your kind of activity's!.. not on the night rides anyway..LOL...........
