There Is Love
READ: 1 John 4:7-11
Now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. —1 Corinthians 13:13
Some time ago, I traded e-mail with a friend who was approaching 30 and had no serious love relationship in sight. He’s talented, fun, handsome, and a committed Christian. But so far, everything on his romantic horizon has turned out to be a mirage.
Several months earlier, he had been very enthusiastic about a young woman with whom he was corresponding. Two weeks before they were to meet for the first time, she was killed by a drunk driver. My friend made the trip to meet her family, experience their pain, and deal with his own sense of loss.
Today, many people will feel the absence of love as keenly as others celebrate its presence. In a world where love means so much, is there a word from the Lord for everyone, with or without a sweetheart?
First John 4 focuses not on being loved by another person, but on God’s love for us and our love for one another (vv.7-11). According to 1 Corinthians 13:7, this love "bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." How is this possible? Because God’s love "has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit" (Rom. 5:5).
Long after the cards and flowers are forgotten, there is love from God’s heart to ours! — David C. McCasland
On this the day when we express
Undying love and faithfulness,
Let’s not forget that God above
Gave us His Son in perfect love. —Hess
The more we understand God’s love for us, the more love we’ll show to others.

Love Listens

READ: Psalm 119:145-152
Hear my voice according to Your lovingkindness. --Psalm 119:149
When we love others, we listen to them. Sure, it takes time and effort to focus on them and hear what they are saying. But when we do, it shows genuine concern and respect.
Author Wayne Alderson tells of a young minister who spent a lot of time listening to the problems of his church members. One day he came home and said to his wife, "How did your day go?" For a half-hour she told him about a problem with the car, their son's earache, and the difficulties she had getting an appliance repaired. The pastor immediately began to problem-solve, citing a list of things she should do.
But she just looked at him and sighed. "I have already done all of that," she said. "I don't need you to solve my problems. I just need you to be interested in what I've been through."
When the author of Psalm 119 pleaded, "Hear my voice according to Your lovingkindness" (v.149), he was expressing the truth that the God who loves us also listens to us. Listening is a part of loving.
Listening to a wife, a husband, a fellow worker, or a Christian friend may be just what that person needs to be encouraged or to see a problem more clearly. Go ahead and listen. God Himself shows that love listens. — David C. Egner
My burden is now so much lighter,
I've glimpsed things I needed to see,
I have a fresh hope for tomorrow—
Because someone listened to me. —Egner
Listening may be the most loving thing you do today.

Say It!

READ: Song of Solomon 2:10-14
My beloved spoke, and said to me: "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away." --Song of Solomon 2:10
All too often we take for granted the ones we love. Perhaps we get caught up in the day-to-day process of living and working, and we neglect to share our true inner feelings. "She knows I love her," we tell ourselves. But we never tell our spouse.
Maybe you grew up in a family where positive, loving feelings were never expressed in words, so you don't know what to say. Perhaps you're afraid you'll say the wrong thing, or that if you try to express your feelings you won't be able to control them. That's okay, even if you cry.
An advertisement reads, "Say it with flowers!" Maybe that's how you tell that special someone of your love. Or perhaps you say it with a well-chosen card. My wife loves dark chocolates, so I often give her candy and a card on special occasions. She appreciates these tokens of love, but I've learned over the years not to let the card or the gift do all the work of saying what I really feel inside. I also need to say the words, "I love you."
Everyone needs to hear words of love. In the Song of Solomon, the lovers frequently used endearing terms when speaking to each other.
Today, tell that special person "I love you," not just with candy or flowers but with words. — David C. Egner
THINKING IT OVER
When was the last time you said "I love you" to a special person in your life? Think of a quality you appreciate in that person and tell him or her about it.
A word of love can make a world of difference.

Zechariah 3:1-10
Then he showed me Joushua the high priest standing before angel of the Lord and Satan standing at his right side to accuse him.
The Lord said to satan The Lord rebuke you, Satan The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is not this man a burning stick snatched from the fire?
Now Joshua was dressed in filthy clothes as he stood before the angel.
The angel said to those who were standing before him "Take off his filthy clothes" Then he said to Joshua "See I have taken away your sin and I will put rich garment on you"
Then I said "puta clean turban on his head" so they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him, while the angel of the Lord stood by.
The angel of the Lord gave this charge to Joshua.
This is what the Lord Almighty says, if you will walk in my ways and keep my requirments, then you will govern my house and have charge of my courts and I will give you a place among these standing here.
Listen O high priest Joshua and your associates seated before you, who are men symbolic of things to come , I am going to bring my servant, the branch.
See the stone I have set in front of Joshua! There are seven eyes on that one stone, and I will engrave an inscription on it, says the Lord Almighty, and I will remove the sin of this land in a single day.
In that day each of you will invite his neighbor to sit under his vine and fig tree, declares the Lord Almighty.
AMEN
Today i am sharing these words with you becuause some time we should help our friends, family, neibhours even they not call us for help,
if you look at verses the Joshua High Priest have some problem and satan stand at his right side to accuse him/resist him, but in this situation even though joshua is High Priest but He cant come out him self but same time he is not asking help too but look the chemistry between him and Lord Almighty, see how Angle of Lord resuce him.
its very clear that we have to work in our relation with Lord Almighty and make a strong chemistry so we can over come from sin and satan.
Prays is good thing even best thing but also work for kingdom and making desciple is more important and share with your family, friends neibhor rescue them and give them enternal life and happiness through Gods words.
Let move in light becuse our Lord is light.
Amen
God bless
Happy chines new year and season greeting*

PREPARE FOR ETERNITY!

2 Peter 3:10-15.
But the day of the Lord will come like a theif. The heavens will disappear with a roar, the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare.
Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? you ought to live holy and godly lives.
As you look foward to the day of God and speed its coming, that day will bring about destruction of the heaven by fire, and the elements melt in the heat.
but in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness.
So then dear friends since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless, and at peace with him.
Bear in mind that our Lords patience means salvation.

John 12:25-26

The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.
Whoever serves me must follow me and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serve me.

John 10:27

My sheep listen to my voice, I know them and they follow me.

Mathew 6:19-21

Do not store up for yourselves and treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal
But store up for yourselves treasure in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break and steal.
For where your treasure is there your heart will be also.

1 Tim 6:17

Command those who are rich in the present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.

Mathew 7:21

Not every one who says to me Lord Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Luke 13:24

Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, becuase many, I tell you will try to enter and will not be able to.

1 John 2:17

The world and its desire pass away but the man who does the will of God lives foever.

Ephesians 5:17

Therefore do not be foolish but understand what the Lords will is.

Luke 21:33

Heaven and Earth will pass away but my words will never pass away

Amen

Dear One:

You are not here, at this moment in time by some mere coincidence any more than you are on this planet by some random act of fate. I created you and I have a unique purpose for your life that you and only you can fulfill. Many things vie for your attention and affection, but your life is about much more than what you can see with your own eyes or touch with your own hands.

I love you, I love you so much that I sent Jesus to this earth so that you and I could be reconciled. His death was the ultimate expression of My love for you. In Jesus, My love is revealed, and I long for you to know the peace, freedom and forgiveness for which He died. I gave up everything I loved to demonstrate my impassioned love for you. Jesus' death for your life. His rescue is for all who call on Him as Savior, including you.

You may or may not be aware right now that you need to be saved. But beloved, you do. Your dependencies will not last and your securities will fail, but take comfort, because I know what tomorrow holds. I see you and I know your thoughts, fears, concerns and secrets. I know you better than anyone and I love you more than anyone ever could. It's My desire to lavish My love on you. So come to Me...I will give you rest. Come to Me...I will give you peace. Come to Me...I will carry you no matter what your life is or will be. Come to Me...and I will be your constant rescue.

Come to Me by coming to Jesus, who came for you.

Love,
Your Heavenly Father
